Just mislaid!!! Like as if somewhere a pallet of $100
bills worth 6.6 billion is just sitting and nobody can remember where they put it.
Did anyone check the foreign bank accounts or Rumsfeld or Cheney or the whole Bush family for a massive deposit in 2003? This money went into their pockets as well as corporations like Halliburton, Kellogg&Brown and Blackwater. Iraq has become the biggest war profiteering scam in the history of the world.
