Of course not. I mean they are the ruler elite. they are above the law. It is only rulers of other countries that must be held accountable on human rights and abuse of power.
Our leaders think they are Gods, or have received a call from God (must have unlimited minuets to make so many calls) saying it's ok to do what they do.
After all they swore on the bible, they sing "God bless America," and say the pledge.
