{Political_Views} Naomi Klein's Inconvenient Climate Conclusions - NYTimes.com

Naomi and others are wrong. Changes would not be fatal to free markets or capitalism. History shows that when changes are made the market adjust itself and goes with the flow.
From the time of Egypt to today people and markets adjust, find new markets and avenues to go down. It is just that today's CONservatives are chained to only one idea that any change at all is bad. Their comprehension goes no further than tomorrow, not next year, next decade, next century. Why? Because they will answer; "What do I care I'll be dead."
If this was the thought of the past would we have had the great inventors, the great writers, artists or philosophers? Would we have had people who dreamed of different lands and how to get their?
But like everything else the fact remains CONservatives are always afraid of change of any kind.
