If we are fighting a so-called war on terror, then it seems within reason a terrorist is an enemy combatant and
thus when captured a POW and comes under international law.
 

But then again if we were fighting a so-called war on terror then every RepubliCON in Washington and State capitols
should be at Gitmo because they are the biggest terror threat to the people of this country.
