But of course she was nominated by Obama and is a LIB (first 3 letters of the word LIBERTY) eral not a CONservative. She might make rulings in favor of the people and against the corporations that control him and the other RepubliCONs.
They did the same thing with Clinton and yet when the Democrats objected to a handful (the RepubliCONs have objected and held up every nomination for the court Obama has made) then the RepubliCONs got up and cried foul, un-American, PLAYING politics with the people. What hypocrite assholes they are. How did Bush get around it?
When Congress went into recess he used a seldom used technicality and did signing statements putting them on the bench.
