She is right Congress has opened the door for an American Cesar to cross the Potomac and end the Republic. The tools are in place. Since 2002 the military has been giving military equipment and military training to the nations police forces.
Much of the training is not focused on terrorist activity but as we have seen this past year on control of demonstrators.
Now all that is needed is the Pentagon to declare the country uncontrollable and under the NDAA make arrests, declare martial law and take over.
