Notice that this is not being developed for military use against armies, but against demonstrators. So one has to wonder is our military developing weapons to protect us or use for use in a battle. Or are they developing them (like the noise blaster no used by NYPD and Oakland police) to control us when we disagree with the Government, the Corporations, the banks and Wall Street
