{Political_Views} New Louisana Law Bans Cash Transactions

Thing is this. Cash your money cannot be refused. It is written on the bills and Federal Law.
"This note is legal tender for all debts  public and private."
While your charge card, check, money order, and even an ATM card can be refused, cash cannot.
So when you buy or sell a debt you owe or is owed to you cash is the only legal means to end the debt
