Well they are complaining and rightfully so, but then again they go out and buy bottled water which cost 10 times more then what their water bill is. The average cost of a gallon of bottled water in 12 bottles even at a $1. a bottle is $10.66.
Mylast bill for water was $53.46 I was billed for 17000 gallons a lot of water because I had a break in the line but divide 17,000 into 53.46 and it come to .0031458 a gallon.
So stop drinking bottled water if you want to save money on your water bill.
