A fact check showed that Romney did not go out and look for or create a binder full of women. Women's groups actually independently gathered the names to submit to the canidate (who was Mitt) elected to office. in other words both men running for Governor got the same list of names for consideration. Romney did not go out of his way to create a binder full of names. That is how he became aware of them. Their was no out of his way effort. As usual it is Mendacious Mitt- "look at me, if my mouth is moving, I'm lying".
